The Main Railway Station
The Main Railway Station (Dworzec Główny) is located right in the city center (northern side of the Old Town). It offers international and national train connections. Inside the old historical building you can find currency exchange, information desk, time table, baggage room, restaurants, cafe and public telephones.

Buses & Trams
Krakow’s buses and trams run from 05:00 till 23:00, with some night buses covering the night hours. To buy tickets look for the sign ‘sprzedaż biletów MPK’ in kiosks or pay an additional 0.50zl and buy a ticket from the driver. One-trip ticket costs 2.50zl, one-hour tickets – 3.10zl (you can change the lines), one-day ticket – 10.40zl, and monthly passes – 47zl. You will need to stamp your ticket immediately on boarding the tram or bus. Bulky luggage require a 2.50zl ticket.
ISIC or other foreign student cards are not valid in Krakow.
